These Terms and Condi.ons (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by MIMYK (“Company”), a fashion service company based in Germany. By engaging with our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.
2. Services Offered
The Company offers a range of fashion services including, but not limited to brand building, research consulta.ons, fashion design, and product development and produc.on. Specific details of services will be outlined in individual agreements or service descrip.ons.
3. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate informa.on and cooperate fully with the Company to facilitate the services rendered. The Client is responsible for ensuring that any materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
4. Fees and Payment
The fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment is due upon comple.on of the service unless otherwise agreed in wri.ng. Late payments may incur addi.onal charges as specified in the agreement.
5. Cancellation Policy
The project will be invoiced from the .me of termination, which, depending on the timing, may result in a refund or additional charge.
6. Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims resulting from the use of the services.
7. Confiden8ality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the services.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, only these Terms and Conditions shall be considered valid. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by German law. The parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Refund policy
All services are thoroughly checked for quality prior to delivery.
Issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you receive the wrong service or item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, you can contact us at . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we are not liable for any returned items that get lost in transit and therefore recommend that you use a tracked postal system.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
