3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate information and cooperate fully with the Company to facilitate the services rendered. The Client is responsible for ensuring that any materials provided do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

4. Fees and Payment

The fees for services are outlined in individual service agreements. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

5. Cancellation Policy

The project will be invoiced from the time of termination, which, depending on the timing, may result in a refund or additional charge.

6. Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims resulting from the use of the services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information exchanged during the course of the services.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, only these Terms and Conditions shall be considered valid. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by German law. The parties agree to seek resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.

9. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
