DESIGN VISIONARY CONSULTATION
This is our Design Realisation Service to launch your designs.
It’s all about discussing the right technical questions to lead you, the designer, to a design that can be realised, saving you time and money on your onwards journey.
The outcome of this 50min. online session is feedback to submitted design ( 1-max.3 designs per session) based on chosen criteria.
Criteria 1: Does the design express what you/the brand want it to.
Criteria 2 Technical criteria for realisation of this design.
SKETCH TO STITCH SERVICE
Turn your fashion design sketch into technical working sketch which can be handed over to a pattern cutter or factory.
As different categories are more complex to transform than others please choose your categoy when booking.
All designs are treated with full confidentiality and will not be shared outside of this platform.
Option 1: Upload your fashion drawing – please don’t worry if you feel it is not perfect – and we will turn it into a technical sketch
Option 2: Upload reference pictures with as many notes on them as possible and we will turn it into a front + back sketch as a starting point for your fashion journey.

DESIGN FINISHING FLOURISH PACKAGE
Once you have your design silhouette decided we will help you decide on all the small details, such as Finishings, Fabric Suggestions & Design Details, Seaming + Darts placements….
Please upload a front & back sketch of your design and select one of the below options at check-out:
Option 1: We are giving you fabric suggestions ( which kind of fabric is suited to the design) and a trim list based on the design and the desired outcome/
look.
Option 2: Providing seam finishing options for the garment according to the design, chosen fabric and price point.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION SUPPORT
You have been communicating with your tailor and factory and they are asking for your Technical sheet.
We are here to help and will take you through the below three steps for this service.
Step 1: You are sending us your Design sketch ( front + back view). If possible please also let us know info on top stitches and closure systems
Step 2: We will have a short 15 minutes online chat to clear up the finishings + material questions
Step 3: We will create the technical sheet for you and email it to you as a PDF.
In case you need help with your Design and Sketch please book our SKETCH TO STITCH SERVICE.
Ideally you would also have booked already our DESIGN FINISHING FLOURISH PACKAGE before taking this step.

PATTERN AND PRODUCTION SERVICES
You have decided on your design and want to move into the shape and pattern development and prototyping. Book one of our pattern & production services and make it happen!

DESIGN, FIT & PATTERN SERVICE
Have you ever wondered what a pattern is? A pattern is what turns your 2D sketch into a 3D garment/object.
This service aims at fashion designers/enthusiasts and professionals who have pattern & fit questions and want to get it right.
Our in-house pattern experts have worked with fashion houses all around the world as well as across all categories. With your questions on pattern + fit you are at the right place here!
All you need to do is when booking => Upload your fitting pictures ( Toile or Garment on a model/mannequin) as well as the relevant picture of the pattern and/or your pattern file ( dxf.) together with your question and our experts will help you!
Once we have received your question and files we will get back to you with a suggestion as a solution. One booking per question / per problem / per garment.
* Please note the more information you are able to provide the more accurate the result will be. Turn around 2 working days. One booking per garment. Pattern Cutting services are available as an add on service-price upon request and will be handled by our. Collaborator www.studioohaus.com
Pattern Check package
You already have a digital pattern but are unsure how to read it and if it is correct?
Send us your digital pattern and we will check that all the seams are matching on the pieces, that they are correctly labeled and ready to be printed and sewn.
We will notify you in case of missing pattern pieces and will troubleshoot if we notice the pattern not being workable.
Price per design/pattern – price depending on amount of pattern pieces.
For a more detailed service please also provide the sketch + technical sheet alongside the pattern.
In case you do not have this available you can book our SKETCH TO STITCH package or TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION package.

** Upon request we can export your pattern into a printable PDF file – additional charge of 30EUR will apply.
3D Pattern VISUALISATION
Send us your digital dxf. pattern file and we will visualise it into a 3D worn garment.
All we need are the body measurements of your model body and the pattern as a digital file ( please upload as generic .dxf or .mdl LECTRA file) together with a sketch of the garment and rough idea on fabric and materials.
In case of complicated details please also send some technical information on the construction.
Price per sketch/design/item-price depending on amount of pattern pieces.
* Turn around 5 days.
FABRIC CONSUMPTION SERVICE
Not sure how much fabric you will need to make your design.
Send us :
•your pattern (upload as generic .dxf file or .mdl LECTRA file) and
•fabric information (fabric width)
and we will calculate the fabric consumption for you.
Price per sketch/design/item-price depending on amount of pattern pieces.
* Turn around 2-3 working days. Please note that pattern engineering for check fabrics and print layplans come at extra charge upon request.

"TROUBLE SHOOTING ONE-TO-ONE" ONLINE SESSION WITH OUR FASHION SPECIALIST
This is for trouble shooting if you are in the middle of a project and got stuck, have strategic questions, financial & costing questions or maybe you are facing technical issues and you want to get professional input on.
Before our session you may share your topic of choice as well as any relevant details our Head of Studio will be of support to your question.
There are literally no silly questions and all topics discussed will be kept strictly confidential.

STRATEGIC PATHFINDING PACKAGE
This is a 3h Analysis/Strategy Package with our Head of Studio.
Regardless if you are a Start-up Business, or have been going for sometime sometimes it is necessary to pause and revisit areas of your journey and possibly adjust in order to reach your fashion dream.
This is also aimed at Fashion enthusiasts and anybody who would like to enter the beautiful world of creating and design realisation.
If you have a singular question to troubleshoot you may book the “One-to-One” Online Session instead.
